Return/Exchange Policy

We strive for you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please note that we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package.

Exchanges are contingent upon the item being in unused condition; used items will be returned without an exchange. Kindly send returns to 16814 California Ave, Bellflower, CA 90706, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

While shipping fees are non-refundable, we cover shipping from our studio to you for exchanges within the US. Remember to decrease your environmental footprint by using original packaging for returns/exchanges.

Custom length strap returns incur a $50 restocking fee per strap. Items returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted, except in special cases. Feel free to reach out via email with any inquiries.

 

 

Repairs (applies to leather good only)

We work hard to design and make handbags that last.

Marloe will happily repair or replace any bag purchased through Marloe, not through our retail partners, within 24-months of purchase, should the item prove to be faulty. Please email for details hello@shopmarleo.com

We will gladly repair or replace certain items (straps, hardware, etc. exclusions may apply) should it break from normal wear & tear (unstitching anywhere on your item or hardware, etc.)  within 12-months of receiving your order. Please return your item to our return address: 16814 California Ave, Bellflower CA, 90706. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs from our studio to your destination (US ONLY). 

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY REPAIR DESIGNS MADE BY MARLOE. OTHER LEATHER GOODS WILL NOT BE REPAIRED, PLEASE SEEK A TRUSTED, LEATHER REPAIR PROFESSIONAL.

* For all styles- Abnormal wear or tear is not covered by Marloe and will not be replaced (tearing or stretching from strenuous pulling, unstitching due to abnormal use, broken or damaged hardware due to abnormal use, etc.) We are not responsible for stains that may occur while customer uses their purchased item. We recommend reading our Leather Care Instructions.
