How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can. Most bags, and all garments are made to order. Some bags/items are kept in stock (during the holidays to keep up with orders). Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for production (unless otherwise noted).

For west coast orders, please expect your order within 2 - 5 business days, once shipped (US only). For central & east coast orders, please expect your order within 3 - 8 business days, once shipped (US only). All estimated shipping time are for standard shipping option.

Why does my order take up to 2 - 4 weeks for production?

We have adopted the "Slow Fashion" “made-to-order” style of production. This means, we produce order a they come in- we take our time to ensure consistency, quality + detail of our product. Each Marloe design is hand prepped + handmade, from the cutting of the leather and fabrics, to the construction, sewing + packaging.

We believe that by taking our time with production ensures that you receive beautifully, hand crafted leather goods. 

 
 
 
 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love what you order!

 Due to the “made-to-order” nature of our process, we will happily accept returns for store credit only or will exchange for another item within 14 days of receiving your package.

HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW:

During the holiday gifting season, we want to offer ample time between purchasing and gift giving. This is why any purchase made from November 01, 2023 - December 20, 2023, will have a return window of 60 days, beginning the day your package is delivered, so that you may gift comfortably, knowing items can be exchanged if needed.

All orders will still be exchange only due to our made to order concept. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges will only be granted if the item is in unused condition. If the item shows signs of usage, the item will be returned to the customer & an exchange will not be granted. Please return your item to our return address at 16814 California Ave Bellflower, CA 90706. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs from our studio to your destination (US ONLY). 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping from our studio to you in the case of an exchange.

Please reduce your environmental impact- ship returns or exchanges in their original packaging if possible.

*Custom length straps (lengths NOT listed in product page) are subject to $50 restocking fee per strap being returned. (ex. 2 custom straps = $100 restocking fee).

* Any items returned outside the return window will be denied a return/exchange and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Exceptions may apply. Please email for questions.  

 
 
 

Why are your price points as such?

Our product is designed with intention and longevity in mind, produced in small batches and made to order.

All designs are slowly handmade- meaning no heavy machinery produce our designs, making production a bit longer and more costly, but we feel its worth it.

Each order is meticulously cut, prepped, and constructed by hand. Our leathers are painstakingly hand selected for quality assurance and hand cut for these very same reasons. This process may take hours to hand cut your orders.

Our deadstock fabrics are locally sourced and made of sustainable fibers, which are more expensive than synthetic fabric, but worth every penny to remain conscious of our mother Earth.

We know shopping with us is an investment. This is why we care so much in everything we make and we thank all of our customers for joining us on our mission and supporting our business.

We want to change the consumer mentality of chronic purchasing that often leads to wastefulness. Here at Marloe, we offer a curated selection of styles in fun seasonal colors in order to promote slow fashion. Whats slow fashion? Slow Fashion is the alternative to “Fast Fashion”. It advocates for sustainable fashion solutions, changing the strategies of design, production and consumption.

 

 

Do you repair any mishaps with your product?

We work hard to design and make handbags that last. We will gladly repair or replace certain items (straps, hardware, etc. exclusions may apply) should it break from normal wear & tear (unstitching anywhere on your item or hardware, etc.)  within 100 days of receiving your order. Please return your item to our studio address: 16814 California Ave Bellflower CA, 90706. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs from our studio to your destination (US ONLY). 

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY REPAIR DESIGNS MADE BY MARLOE. OTHER LEATHER GOODS WILL NOT BE REPAIRED, PLEASE SEEK A TRUSTED, LEATHER REPAIR PROFESSIONAL.

* For all styles- Abnormal wear or tear is not covered by Marloe and will not be replaced (tearing or stretching from strenuous pulling, unstitching due to abnormal use, broken or damaged hardware due to abnormal use, etc.) We are not responsible for stains that may occur while customer uses their purchased item. We recommend reading our Leather Care Instructions.
