Custom Strap Lengths

Please read all of the following carefully before moving forward with a with a custom length. Thank you.

We offer special strap sizing to help you be the best you in your new, handmade, Marloe bag. Shorter, longer- whatever length you need (within reason, of course).

Please email us before placing your order with your request for approval. Once approved, we will give you the green light to place your order within a very specific window so that we may add a special note to your order for strap length before we begin production.

What constitutes a custom strap length? We list 3 different. most common lengths, on our website for you to choose from. We label which length is our standard length and offer 2 other lengths. If you need a length that is NOT listed on our website- your length is now considered a custom length.

*Please note that custom straps are non-refundable. You may return an order with a custom strap, but a restocking fee of $68 will be deducted from your refund per your custom strap length.
